Package Fee
There is a $5.00 fee per total order for packaging and handling of your items.
Delivery to PO Boxes is accepted for small items. Larger items will need a physical address.
Delivery Times
We use a combination of Courier Post, Fastways Couriers and Toll Group for most smaller New Zealand orders, which allows fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. For larger shipments and pallet delivery we use Toll Group and Mainfreight.
Delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address. For items ordered before 3pm Monday through Friday, products are normally delivered the next day anywhere in North Island, except rural addresses. Please allow an extra day for rural addresses. For South Island delivery addresses please allow three days for delivery to urban areas and four days for rural South Island addresses. And please allow 3-7 days for delivery to outer New Zealand Islands.
Overnight delivery is available, please contact us if you must have your products the next day.
International Delivery
We're based in New Zealand and currently serve only our New Zealand customers. We do not deliver internationally.
